Review, verify, and correct data extracted from your documents before confirming them.
Verification flow
After the platform extracts data from a document, it goes through a verification stage where a user can review each field, confirm the data is correct, or make corrections. This human-in-the-loop step ensures data quality before it is used in workflows or sent to external systems.
Verification interface
- Side-by-side view — The original document is displayed alongside the extracted fields.
- Confidence score — Each field shows its confidence level. Low-confidence fields are highlighted for priority review.
- Direct editing — You can correct any extracted value directly.
- Field-by-field confirmation — Mark each field as individually verified.
Document statuses
| Estado | Descripcion |
|---|---|
| Pendiente | El documento fue subido y esta en cola para procesamiento. |
| Procesando | El OCR y la IA estan extrayendo datos del documento. |
| Extraido | Los datos fueron extraidos y estan listos para verificacion. |
| Completado | Los datos fueron verificados y confirmados por un usuario. |
| Fallido | La extraccion fallo. Puede reintentarse. |
