Form Builder
Create visual forms to capture user data, start workflows, or feed business processes.
What is the Form Builder?
The Form Builder is a visual drag-and-drop editor that lets you create forms without coding. Forms can be used independently to capture information, or as part of workflows and processes to interact with users at key points in the flow.
Create a form
- Go to the Forms section and click "New form".
- Give the form a name.
- Drag fields from the side palette onto the form canvas.
- Configure each field: label, placeholder, validations, and options.
- Arrange the fields using the 12-column grid system to control the layout.
- Use the preview to check how the form looks before publishing.
Grid system
The form uses a 12-column grid system that lets you control the width and position of each field. For example, you can place two 6-column fields side by side, or a full-width field (12 columns). Drag the edges of each field to resize it.
Form states
- Draft — The form is under construction. Only you can see it.
- Published — The form is active and can receive responses.
- Archived — The form no longer accepts responses and is hidden from the main list.
