Publish Forms
Publish your forms so that users can access them, submit responses, and start workflows.
Publish a form
- Open the form in the Form Builder.
- Verify that all fields are configured correctly using the preview.
- Click the "Publish" button in the top bar.
- The form will change its status to "Published" and will be available to receive responses.
Assign users
You can assign forms to specific users in your organization. Assigned users will see the form in their pending tasks tray. This is useful for approval processes, reviews, or directed tasks.
Link to a workflow
To have a form automatically trigger a workflow when submitted, use a "Form" trigger in your workflow and select the published form. Every time a user submits a response, the workflow will run with the form data available as variables.
View responses
All submitted responses are stored in the form's Submissions section. From there you can view each individual response, export data, filter by date or user, and access the version history of each submission.
Response versioning
If a form allows editing, each modification creates a new version of the response. The complete history is preserved with details of who made the change, when, and which fields were modified. This is essential for traceability and regulatory compliance.
