Each plan brings its onboarding hours once; Enterprises defines them by contract. Beyond that they are contracted in packs, when needed, and invoiced independently from credits.

Creating projects, flows, forms, reports and agents draws nothing. Credits are consumed only when something runs, and every operation has its rate.

Official-source lookups currently cover 14 operations in Colombia: vehicle by plate or VIN, insurance and roadworthiness, driving licence, traffic fines and payment agreements, suspensions, training records and Fasecolda valuation. Other countries and identity lookups are enabled on request.

At 2,500 credits a month, Base comes out cheapest: its allowance covers most of it and you only pay the overage in packs of 500.
Questions
Yes. Upgrading applies immediately and your credit balance is topped up on the spot; the adjustment is prorated on your next invoice. Downgrades and cancellations are handled with your account manager.
Your operation never stops. Overage is billed at period close in packs of 500 credits at your plan rate (Base: $12, Pro: $10, Max: $8). You can track consumption in real time from the dashboard and set alerts before you reach the limit.
No. All four plans include unlimited users: the people who build, the people who operate, and external users who only fill in a form or open a portal. We charge for what the platform runs, not for how many people log in, so growing your team does not change your bill.
Prices shown are before taxes. Applicable tax (VAT, sales tax, etc.) is calculated based on your billing country at checkout. You will receive a detailed invoice with the full breakdown each cycle.
There are no lock-in contracts on the plans with published pricing. You keep access until the end of the period already paid and your data is retained for another 30 days. On Enterprises, the notice period is set in the contract.
Designing is free: creating flows, forms, reports and agents consumes nothing. Credits are only spent when something runs. Each operation has its rate — 0.25 credits for a webhook or an email, 1 credit for a flow run or a PDF — and third-party services such as voice, WhatsApp, identity verification and AI are charged by actual consumption.
Base includes email support. Pro and Max add chat with prioritized response times. Enterprises includes a dedicated channel, a direct line and implementation support defined by contract.
